My Role
I led concept, design, and distribution. Copy was written leveraging a custom HANDLE-trained ChatGPT that I prompted and directed. I also wrote the LinkedIn post to promote the ebook, framed around a provocation familiar to the audience: hospitals have digitized nearly everything, so why is capital planning still so manual?
Why It Mattered
Thought leadership in B2B healthcare compounds over time. This piece was about giving the right people something genuinely useful and positioning HANDLE as a credible voice in the capital planning conversation before a sales conversation ever starts.
